Marshal top
Anything anyone below can do, plus add/remove other marshals, generals, chiefs, and viewers. Full read + write on dashboards and analytics.
General
Create and edit operations. Add chiefs and viewers. Assign chiefs and captains to operations. Full read + write everywhere except the marshal-level role management.
Chief
Runs one or more operations. Edits their assigned op's details, adds captains to those ops, and submits daily reports + attendance. Sees only their assigned ops in the dashboard.
Captain
Fallback reporter for when the chief is away. Submits daily reports + attendance for the ops they're assigned to.
Viewer
Read-only dashboard + analytics access. Sees everything across India but cannot create ops, assign anyone, or submit reports. Good for exec visibility.
Operator
Not a login role — just a label on attendance rows. Operators show up on-ground and their photos + location are recorded by the chief/captain at submit time.
